Each event counts toward your monthly allowance based on the date you set for the event — not when you create it. So you can plan ahead and schedule events for future months without affecting your current month's allowance. Your event count resets at the start of each Stripe billing period (the date your card is charged each month). Deleted uploads do not free up event slots.
We use Stripe to process all payments securely. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers. We accept all major credit cards and support automatic monthly billing.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
